Quest’anno la prestigiosa cerimonia di premiazione si è svolta al Kyocera Dome di Osaka, in Giappone, il 29 e 30 novembre, e ha visto la partecipazione di numerosi artisti.
Nel corso della prima giornata si sono esibite le KARA, gli Stray Kids, i TXT, le LE SSERAFIM, le IVE, le NewJeans, le NMIXX, le Kep1er, Kang Daniel in collaborazione con tutti i ballerini dello show “Street Man Fighter”, Hyolyn, i DKZ, BIBI, Leejung Lee, i FORESTELLA e i JO1.
Inoltre sono stati assegnati i premi per le categorie “Yogibo Worldwide Icon of the Year”, “Favorite New Artist”, “Worldwide Fans’ Choice” (Bonsang), “Yogibo Chill Artist” e “Favorite Asian Artist”.
Durante la seconda e ultima serata si sono esibiti J-Hope, le ITZY, gli ENHYPEN, le (G)I-DLE, ancora le IVE, i TREASURE, le NewJeans, Zico, le NiziU, Im Young Woong, gli INI, i TEMPEST, Jung Jae Il, Tiger JK, 3RACHA (una sub unità degli Stray Kids composta da Bang Chan, Changbin e Han), il cast di “Street Man Fighter” e Jaurim.
I BTS, come sempre, hanno conquistato ben 3 dei 4 premi principali.
